Providers listed below offer a specific, focused program for treating chronic low-back pain. The programs use exercise and other methods to reduce pain and restore function.

Active Rehabilitation Programs require the patient to be actively engaged in a structured exercise program that may involve intensive exercise with specially designed machines. Patients are also provided comprehensive information on how to make long-term lifestyle changes to prevent re-injury.

General Back Programs usually include some - but not all - elements of an active rehabilitation program.
